I'm sorry folks, and no disrespect to you OP, but some people STILL just don't get it.
IT WOULDN'T MATTER IF VODAFONE GAVE YOU 100GB DATA, UNLIMITED EVERYTHING ELSE, AND CHARGED YOU 10p - THEY ARE STILL THE WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER ON EARTH!
And that was even before last weeks £4.6 million fine for failing customers!
From Ofcom:
One investigation found that 10,452 pay-as-you-go customers lost out when Vodafone failed to credit their accounts after they paid to ‘top-up’ their mobile phone credit. The affected customers collectively lost £150,000 over a 17-month period.
In a second investigation, we found that Vodafone failed to comply with our rules on handling customer complaints.

Just to let some people know. I have cancelled this vodafone deal with mobiles.co.uk and ported my number back and I had a phone call from vodafone offering me the same deal but instead of £22 a month it was £11.10p month, obviously i have already chosen Three, but you never know if you dont ask

Absolutely amazing deal!! Thanks !
Some things to be aware of:
- Quidco gives cashback (~£15) for going to mobiles.co.uk via them
- Contract does include same as if you subscribe through Vodafone (incl. 4GB roaming data and Entertainment option like Spotify)
- Vodafone asked me how I got this deal then tried to upsell a second contract, which I kindly turned down
- They confirmed I would be treated like any other Vodafone customer (online account, customer support, etc.)
- I got the SIM card in 2 days through Royal Mail (not signed for)
- Your contract starts straightaway on subscription day, so you lose the first days needed to get your SIM
- Vodafone does upfront billing. You will need to pay £22.2 within a week of getting the SIM
- Pop the SIM in and go online to activate your account on this link
- Make sure you know what your new mobile number is to set up your account online. It will be written in brackets after “MOBILE” on the mobile.co.uk invoice in the letter you receive through the post.
- Go to this link to activate your Entertainment option (Spotify, Sky…). You can set this up straightaway!
- You can use Vodafone’s Spotify offer on an existing Spotify account BUT you will need to wait for your own premium subscription to run out (if you have one already). Worth keeping in mind if you cancel your own premium subscription and still have 20+ days to go before being able to use Vodafone’s offer. Vodafone’s offer will not automatically take over once your own premium subscription is over, you need to go to the website provided above and do it manually
- Keep your existing number: request PAC code from your existing provider. Then fill in the details on http://www.vodafone.co.uk/keepmynumber and it should take a day to port your number to Vodafone
- Remember that your contract will revert to £37 on the anniversary date. Also mobiles.co.uk require your 12th bill for the last cash back, so you will need to go through until the end of the contract, if you want to avoid losing the last cashback instalment and paying cancellation fee

Seriously, I back what Fivebobbill says fully. I was a customer of there's and all they did was rip me off, lie and scam me. A whole month without data I could use, even though I had allowance there to be used. Phone calls everyday and nothing would be sorted.

I cancelled after 10 days with them. After taking up an offer off there website and receiving confirmation etc they then proceeded to take £57 out of my bank account and there reason was no your on a £32 a month contract I explained no that was the original advertised price it had a big red line through it and was saying reduced to £19 they accepted this after checking there own website but said they couldn't adjust it and I would have to get in touch to get it adjusted every month in the form of bill credit. I was then informed do not worry we will not debit your bank account. Low and behold 7 days after joining £57 was taken. Again I was back in contact they had no explanation passed from pillar to post with everyone having a different explanation. Also 12 months of Spotify was included no one at there end could get this to work all I got every time was the option to have a paid subscription. I spent hours on the phone to them to no avail. Eventually I just gave up and cancelled under there 30 day network guarantee. Gutted really cause it was a brilliant offer which no other network could get close to. Also they eventually gave me my money back. But the whole experience left a bitter taste. Hopefully who ever takes this deal will not encounter similar problems. Good Luck

Please though stop promoting these scam artists, they are offering ludicrous amounts of cashback to suck people in.
I had a 12 month contract with voda and would never be a customer again
I've used all providers and I find giffgaff the best for me which is the o2 bearer
Vodafone was good in one spot move and it was not do hot
With giffgaff on data centers in the north and midlands it's the only one that can still make and revive calls
My personal experience and bum hole
I've just **** myself laughing and swallowed a plum seed!!
Customer care is bad but for roaming they also wipe the floor with ee for value.. As well as the entertainment bundle with this sim
As I've said before, go with them if you're feeling lucky....
£20pm - £90 giftcard - £84 (was £77) TCB = £66 or £5.50pm (+£5pm if not with BT)
