I really like mine, had it over a year and still don't feel like replacing it.
Battery life is decent 2-3 days. Plus the micro USB port is a major bonus, you don't need a special cradle.

Is there a newer version of this? I'm not really a smart watch person but I'd be tempted. Any up and downs since you've had plenty time to test it

I've been looking for a smart watch in recent months and it looks like the SW4 is due in the next few months (according to speculative websites with no evidence).
At the Amazon Warehouse price I'd be tempted, but I'd still rather go the whole hog and spend £225 on the Huawei Watch

No its still the current version. Still gets the latest Android Wear updates.
It just behaves well. I really use it just for alerts and the like.
Its a nice extension to my phone.

First off, it's a good deal.
But it's Geek wear. Better off with the new Fitbit Charge hr2. This hasn't got a heart rate monitor.
