Apparently part of early black friday deals from amazon.
I can't afford this anyway but I would think this is a decent offer.

Don't buy Sony. They claim light bleed and clouding is normal!

If I hadn't seen so many AMOLED panels with slight burn on phones (Nexus 6/6P and Galaxy S series) I would agree but LCD is more consistent without the pitfalls, and it should be as it's much more mature technology with many more years of R&D behind it. I mean, you shouldn't cause burn on a TV but just having to consider things like watching football and worrying about the scorecard being in the same place each match just bothers me to the point where I'd rather have tried and trusted LCD (IPS or VA).

Whenever I buy a TV, there are only three places I'd buy from, John Lewis, Richer Sounds or Amazon. Obviously Amazon would be third choice here due to warranty. But if I was unhappy with light bleed from a television, you have 14 days cooling off period, I know Amazon's standard returns are 30 days and even then from experience they will still take returns back within first year of purchase. When spending this kind of money on a TV I'd expect it to be perfect. I personally have two Sony's currently and they're perfect

It is normal, you just don't like it, almost all the manufacturers accept a degree of light bleed. That's why you buy somewhere with good returns as light bleed is obvious from day one, just return it and get another one.

this does seem to be the case. I've reported light bleed to them, they seem to think a software update will cure it!
