So it's a Black Friday deal that starts on a Monday.
Bit of a rant here but am I the only one who's getting a bit **** off with companies not sticking to when Black Friday should be.Black Friday is on a FRIDAY yet so many companies now want to string it out for over a week or more before Black Friday is even here, yet use the words BLACK FRIDAY to sell their goods.
It's as bad as Poindland who now sell loads of stuff that's more than a pound.

I left Sky because their Broadband speed is in the dark ages.

About the loyalty thing: I've subscibed to Sky for decades (literally) except for a one year experiment with Freesat which resulted in complaints from the family about missing certain channels and the unresponsive EPG. I don't stay with them out of "loyalty", I don't think I owe them anything and I don't think they owe me anything. It's a business transaction and if I think I can get a better deal elsewhere then I'll jump at the chance. This isn't to defend Sky and their ratcheting up subsciptions you understand (often justified by adding more great channels like "Yesterdave +1" featuring half a dozen loanshark ads every few minutes...). I just don't think "loyalty" is anything to do with staying with Sky, it's either laziness on my part or because I want what they offer.

Loyalty is for dogs.
It's 2016 and this has been happening for what, a decade now? Adapt or continue to get fleeced.

Yeah I tried to get their last one, awful customer service as I had the service 11 months ago so I'm classed as an existing one? Joke really so no good price for me, may try with my missus name

What?its faster than BT and more stable despite using BT open reach fibre cables. I get 78mb and 19 up always. If you was on ADSL expect trash but if it was fibre then you should of been 30mb at min.

Brilliant deal, i was in cancellation period and took the 75% off and £100 credit but for those that didn't or new customers this is a really good offer.

Well existing ones got something to entice them to begin with so it's exactly the same treatment.
