For £12.50 worth a punt, if no soundbar then the charger can be sold to CeX for £10 rather than bothering with returning it etc.
Email Order Confirmation received says - "As a thank you for placing an order with us during Black Friday week, we have added a FREE Soundbar to your order"

It says that the sound bar is included when they despatch - imagine if royal mail delivery with a small parcel, it's not there so will refuse on the doorstep
