To be fair you have got one with one order,but it sounds like you purchased multiple times to abuse the privilege.

Oh bum. Just had emails from them to say they've run out of Soundbars, even though our orders were ages before they removed the onsite banners. Received one with the one phone we bought, but other orders now a damp squib.

But they say not to worry - they're sending us all a free Selfie Stick instead! :smirk:

Do they really think they'll get away with that? The confirmation email said we WILL get the soundbar added to our order, with none of the 'if we still have stocks' stuff the pre-order webpage had.

The soundbar's original price was just short of £60! Selfie stick at Xmas 2016? Nearer 60p.

Post if you negotiate a better 'free gift' from them. They give their number and email in the 'Sorry...' email.

Mine turned up this morning.

Was shocked when I opened up the charger to find it's actually a FAST wireless charger,which normally cost at least £25-£30.I was expecting it to be a slow wireless charger.And then a free sound bar top it off.

Also can't see the free soundbar with every order on website. So probally pulled it

It's a free unexpected xmas present for someone as I have one I don't use and have loads of music/bluetooth speakers. Or ebay lol.

Had despatch email. Nothing saying soundbar included anywhere except for confirmation email.

After a couple of emails it appears they only had 65 chargers for sale - seems like a rather small amount for a national sale in Black Friday Week - I smell a rat that just wants you to register an account!!

I got the conformation of sale and added soundbar at 11:02, at 11:15 another email stating it was OOS.

I actually want the charger so replied to them to send the soundbar now so I didn't miss the offer, and that I'd be happy to wait for the charger to be sent when it was back in stock - bet it doesn't happen but worth a go!

2 soundbars for £22.50? Why not...

So just order the wireless charger on its own and they will just add the sound bar on to the order after you have paid.

It says that the sound bar is included when they despatch - imagine if royal mail delivery with a small parcel, it's not there so will refuse on the doorstep

For £12.50 worth a punt, if no soundbar then the charger can be sold to CeX for £10 rather than bothering with returning it etc.
