Except you have to take an airtime plan , with a minimum of #12 per month for 24 months.......not such a good deal for me.

you should cancel the airtime plan as soon as you receive the phone and unlock code. are you aware of O2 refresh and how it works?

o2 are likely to charge you the full contract amount when you cancel within 14 days (in error).
Do not worry, let them take the money out.
Once taken, lodge a complaint ask for compensation.
They will refund and offer £50 compensation.
£265.99 may be £215.99.
I just got my £50 today!
My wife got her £50 last January.
o2 are really quite useless, but very reasonable people!

Is this consistently reliable? Has anyone been refused and how much of a hassle is it?
Also what makes this different than trying to cancel any other 24 month contract?
Thanks

lucky you !
they took almost 6 months to refund my money and wasted hours of my time with chats/ emails and phone calls but never offered me any compensation.

Very reliable. Terms are clear.
When the phone arrives, activate the sim. Pay off phone price. Ask for unlatching (unlock), cancel airtime.
If they charge extra complain. My family did 5. 3 were fine, 2 resulted in cancellation charges which were refunded with £50 compensation without even asking for so much
As long as you cancel within 14 days, very little hassle. You can also cancel a 24 month contract within 14 days.

this phone is a disappointment I have own my s6 nearly a year but I can't afford another phone at this stage, hence still stuck with it and won't recommend anybody
the disappointment is the memory 32gb is just not enough it will quickly get used up, there's no way of having a memory card on this handset.
if the battery goes bad you have no chance of changing it unless you go to samsung or other phone outlets or ofcourse if you know what ur doing then you can do a diy job
I also notticed the glass is not strong as previous models.
