In my experience over the last 10 years I found TCB support to be far more communicative and reliable. Tracking reliability is matched.

Hi,
For what its worth Top cashhback over Quidco every time. Quidco will decline high cashbacks so take a screen shot as by the time you have waited for them to deal with it and its gone through all the necessary time frames you will be stuffed.
I seem to recall quidco and hotuk deals have same ownership but stand to be corrected on this. Seems odd Quidco are actually replying / posting on here if neutral.

Yes, I noticed that.
Beats the topcashback 5% higher rate, but they'll probably match Quidco.
Quidco are more reliable though and treat members like members.

I don't get it. So they're improving current cash back rates by 10%?
So if it was 3%, you now get 3.3%?

Used both, have to say I find TCB more reliable and faster tracking. I raise more claims with Quidco than TCB for items not tracking. They also seem to take ages to get them resolved and paid, even with the premium membership. Most annoying is that negative feedback issues are not always published. So the reviews are skewed. Now I can't see the tracking and how long for the payment trackers are now not easy to find.
Both need to treated with caution and not to be relied on even as a member. Remember they are looking after their own pockets as well.

It's not 110% increase, it's 110% of the original cashback figure.
So if it was 1% before, it's 1.1% now.

Speak as you find, but I'd bet that most on the topcashback lottery post would have different views!
Far more likely to get a goodwill payment from Quidco in my experiences.

Hi @greyhound11
We introduced the Basic and Premium accounts a few years ago, the basic account is completely free to use.
The Premium account charges an annual £5 fee which is retained from the first £5 of cashback that you earn with us, everything earned after this is yours to keep. With this £5 you have access to over 650 faster paying retailers, premium support features such as call-back requests and live chat, as well as bespoke offers and promotions.
Topcashback also charge an annual £5 fee for their 'Plus' accounts. I hope this has helped but let us know if you have any questions.
