(Mods, please delete if already posted - I did a Nespresso search and couldn't find anything)
This won't suit everyone. However, I was about to purchase some more Nespresso pods from their website when I saw this offer.
It quotes a Nespresso machine for £1, based on a 12 month subscription.
There are 3 monthly subscription levels:
£18 - Inissia machine
£25 - Inissia & Milk
£45 - Lattissima Touch.
The monthly payment transfers into a Nespresso credit that can be used to purchase capsules, and anything else from the Nespresso store. The credits last for 2 years beyond the end of the subscription period.
My wife loves Nespresso, so I end up buying new pods every couple of months anyway. This seems like a good way of getting a 2nd machine if you have one already, or a way of budgeting for your first one, which might be useful with Christmas approaching. If there is a catch I can't see one.
I'm not going to get into the pro's and con's of Nespresso pods and value. They suit my family for convenience and taste.
For those who might be wondering which subscription to go for...
2 coffees each day works out at approx £18 per month.
3 coffees each day works out at just over £25 per month.
5 coffees each day works out at approx £45 per month.
(Note, you can cancel before the end of the 12 months, but there is a cancellation charge - £70 for the Inissia, £110 for the Inissia & Milk, and £225 for the Lattissima Touch. The machine remains yours after cancellation.)
so looking at the link it looks like you have to already have a nespresso machine to join.

I wondered that myself, but I logged out of my account to double check, and the offer was still there.
From the Nespresso FAQ:
What is this offer all about? What is the intent here?
It is a new way of onboarding and welcoming you to the world of Nespresso, with an offer for a machine of your choice at very low price. This offer comes with a 12-month contract: each month you will pay a fee. Your monthly fee becomes credit of the same amount that you can use to buy whatever Nespresso product you want and build your own coffee experience: You can use it to buy Nespresso coffees, delicious treats, cups or other accessories. You can use your credit whenever you want – it is cumulative (you don’t need to spend it all every month!) – Actually, you can use it even 2 years after the expiration of your 12 month contract.

I like the idea of free delivery for 50 capsules rather than 200. I need to do my sums.

This seems like a great deal - if I didn't already have a machine, I'd be snapping it up! The fact you can carry your credit over for up to 2 years after the 12-month contract is up means you're basically getting the machine for free even if you only drink one cup a day. The 50 capsules free delivery is also a great deal. The Inissia on its own at £18 is the better deal than the £25 to get the milk frother too, as that is working out at £80+ more for the year when the frother only costs £50 on its own.

do you not also get more capsules on the £25 deal i.e. 80 as opposed 60?

1.15 This offer is limited to the first 1,000 Nespresso machines only.
This is at the very bottom of the terms and conditions.

Just noticed...
1.14 This offer is limited to new customers only.
That's a pain! I ordered an Inissia on the £18 plan, as a spare, because I think my current machine is on its last legs. But I'm already a customer. My order is being processed at the mo. I wish they had just declined it at point of order :disappointed:
Update: I've just had a shipping confirmation email, which includes the machine. Looks like I'll be getting it
