**Looks like you can possibly get this for £43.44 if you follow rivellangel's advice in the comments, thanks rivellangel
Ok so my recent Chinese mobile phone deals haven't generated me a lot of heat so I thought I'd post something different.
So different in fact that in all honesty I have no idea what anyone would use this for. But it must be awesome, because frickin' lasers.
Price seems to be the cheapest available. Would love some suggestions on what one would use this for.

Haha, love it!!!
This is my phone! Good to see it made it's way to HUKD, love this site.
The laser etcher I used cost our company about 10k, but I'd definitely have a crack at using this (on plastic first, then valuable objects...)
Proof!

So this £49 one won't be as good as a £100k version? Damn! I just picked one up hoping to start a global industrial parts business.

This may seem obvious from the way laser cutters range from £50 to £100k but you'll get a better quality machine for more money :P Smoother motion, better focus, more power etc. Then again the saying is that you should buy cheap tools, when the cheap ones break from use you know you need expensive versions.

Well no, the saying is "you buy cheap, you buy twice", but I think I prefer yours

That's probably the least catchy phrase I've ever heard.

Hello again  If I was serious about engraving then I'd look at sabarmultimedia series of videos about Chinese laser engraving machines, that guy is a genius. Or I'd look at 70W engravers from vocell. Trotec are decent too. As for cutters well yes you can need a lot more power depending on the material. I was really interested in the kick starter glowforge but that seems to not be working out.

2 USB leads, dark glasses and a memory card as extras - I'm in

For a brief second I thought that you also got an 'Alien Wrench' - shame I'd just misread it...
