Thanks. Just returned the Lakeland crap i bought. Appears Lakeland are just buying from Far East on some special offers. Paid premium for their brand and worse than Wilco.

Gotta love a slow cooker. Picked up a ham on the bone not cured from the butcher 3.1kg £4.99. Slapped in the slow cooker along with some apples & nom mom nom all week long.
I do gammon in coke in ours on boxing day, also a nice bit of brisket is perfect for a slow cooker as it holds together a little more than the more expensive cuts.
