If you want to cover the vehicle for any driver StartRescue costs are similar, though cover cost is dependent on vehicle.
Also includes free legal expenses policy which would normally cost £25 - £30 through insurance.

Been with them for years. Had to use them once when my tyres got slashed in London. You call a hotline and they then arrange for a local garage to come out to you and tow you if necessary.
You have to pay for the repairs up front and are then reimbursed by AutoAid. My cheque was sent out very quickly and I had no issues at all.

You get reimbursed for the tow/assistance etc but not for parts. Just thought I'd clear that up :wink:
I've also been with them for years and have called them out about 4 or 5 times. Never had an issue with them.

I've been with auto aid for a few years - they are very good. think the Op has seen this in moneysavingexperts latest email as it was featured today. also, as I understand it they are changing how it works and you no longer have to pay for the repairs up front.

I can confirm they pay the bill now. Well, they did when I called them out last month.
Great service. Used them for years and have have repairs at the roadside and had to be towed 100 miles home!

Been with them many years.Can't fault them. A local repair truck comes out if you breakdown. Never waited more than half hour. Prompt payment too.

if you're even slightly disorganised, don't... you'll just end up paying hundreds and never getting around to claiming any of it back, unless you've got a sedentary lifestyle... (not meant to sound like a back-hended insult... and, i admit it... i was that disorganised!).
