This seems like a really good deal for an i5, full HD, 258ssd, GTX950M laptop, which is pretty much the spec I was looking for.
Can anyone see any obvious faults which I may be missing?

My friend bought one of these a week ago for £80 more. Had a play yesterday and really impressed. Hot from me.

this is real tempting.... but may just be too big and heavy for travel personally. Nice specs for the price though.

It's much lighter than I expected. Doesn't seem to have any extra bulk that gaming laptops usually have. I don't think you'll find weight an issue.

Would have been perfect if it had been £100 less. One of the few laptops I've seen with both HDD and SSD

I've got an Acer laptop that I've been using for 4 years now and hardly had a problem with it

How would this cope with some of the latest FPS games?

There aren't really any reviews of this model with these specs, but I've been digging around, and it seems as though similar machines should run most FPS games well at medium, maybe 30 fps at high if they are well optimised. This seems like pretty much the perfect mid-range gaming laptop - it will blitz through older games, and probably be able to play most new releases for the next couple of years. I just want it for Civ 6, which it should handle easily - I'm giving it until my lunch break to decide whether to buy it or hope for something even better on cyber monday.

I think the worst thing about this is eBuyer. Still a great find.

Thanks for that. I want to move away from desktop to something portable and the price range is about right
