eBay cashback goes via eBay Partner Network (EPN). They report transactions in a batch the day after they occur. They're seven hours behind UK time, so their day ends at 7AM our time. The transaction data is usually available late afternoon EPN time (around midnight UK time), often several hours later. Then Topcashback have to collect the data from EPN and process it to work out where to allocate each sale.
So any purchase made on Saturday is unlikely to appear in your TCB account until Monday morning.
EPN tracking isn't the most reliable, sometimes they can be running a few days in arrears.
There's nothing TCB can do to speed this up, they don't know how much you've spent until EPN provide the data.

Probably a coincidence but just logged on and several items in my watched list have increased in price on average 6%. Will be interesting if they reduce on Sunday after this offer finishes.

Should be ok, as long as TCB has tracked it you can always enter order no etc if they have missed it.

Hey we would always advise you to click through when placing your bid for cashback to track onto your account. However if you clicked through when you made the winning bid and to pay this should still track to your account as normal. If it isn't showing after 7 days we would then advise you to claim. Kind Regards, Steven

Heated, lots of good cashback deals of late. Personally id rather have an outright 10% off as cashback takes ages and is never guaranteed but next best thing...

Hey, The prices on the items are on sale for are something that is out of our control and is set by the sellers. We have increased this to 10% to help our members get the best deals on cashback. Best Wishes, Steven

Thanks guys but It looks like it won't count anyway as it states that "cashback is not avaliable (yes they misspelled 'available') on bids place (oh and yep they missed out the 'd' in 'placed' too!) with a sniping service/tool"
According to the T&Cs it's not a legitimate way to win items on ebay despite it still being authorised by the site.
