eBay cashback goes via eBay Partner Network (EPN). They report transactions in a batch the day after they occur. They're seven hours behind UK time, so their day ends at 7AM our time. The transaction data is usually available late afternoon EPN time (around midnight UK time), often several hours later. Then Topcashback have to collect the data from EPN and process it to work out where to allocate each sale.

So any purchase made on Saturday is unlikely to appear in your TCB account until Monday morning.
EPN tracking isn't the most reliable, sometimes they can be running a few days in arrears.
There's nothing TCB can do to speed this up, they don't know how much you've spent until EPN provide the data.

Probably a coincidence but just logged on and several items in my watched list have increased in price on average 6%. Will be interesting if they reduce on Sunday after this offer finishes.

Yep, mine tracking correctly at 10% now

yup not tracked 400 quids worth from yesterday. I normally use quidco and it usually tracks instantly. not impressed so far...

mine has tracked now from late on Sat night - let's see if it pays out!

It was made clear that it would initially track at the lower rate. Those people who are complaining about it should pay more attention.

it usually says tracks lower to begin with, guess you have to keep an eye on it :-/

Tracked all 4 purchases just now (from Sat). All of them shows @ 1%

My £350 purchase now tracked - but at £3.50

only got %1 back from one purchase and I'm still waiting on my £375 purchase to track which I made before the other one

no tracking here either. seemed weird when I checked out and paid as well, didn't show as purchased straight away then 10 mins later it did. not holding out much hope

Placed an order for various items (all in one transaction) at 18:35 yesterday. Not tracking. I probably need to have patience but am I alone in not receiving the 'track' notification email? Hasn't shown up in the Earnings area either :-(

Shows up as 10% on the search page, but 2% on the ebay specific page.
Presume it is the 2% that's right?

Would it work for listings where I make an offer? What if they accept it after the TCB deal ends, would it still track as I put the offer in while the TCB deal is live.

I got the impression it's for all members. The 10% showed up on TCB for me, and i'm not a Plus member. Cashback hasn't actually tracked for me yet though, as i've only just bought some stuff.

Looks like this might be about to end. Its not showing up as 10% on TCB's front page of offers any more, although it's still showing at 10% when you get to the cashback link.

Mine used to track with TCB every time then completely stopped, no browser changes whatsoever. In fact I only use Opera for cashback shopping, no probs with any other merchant.

Hmm 10% Topcashback which is not guaranteed which would give me £16 on a £160 purchase or do I wait till Monday and get the 10x Nectar points which would be more reliable but only work out £8......decisions!

I'm new to TCB, but have made 3 eBay purchases recently using Paypal. 2 tracked one didn't so have lodged a claim this morning. Hope that helps.

I've also heard adblocker can hamper tracking. If you have it installed it's probably a good idea to disable it before purchase.

Hey I am sorry to hear this we would expect these to track as normal to your account within 48 hours but it can sometimes take 7 days. I would advise you clearing your cookies and disable any adblockers before you click through. This should then help them track to your account. Best Wishes, Steven

Odd. eBay tracks every time for me with tcb.
Two things you should always do when doing any cashback

Go to browser settings ( explorer, safari, Firefox etc) and clear recent history (including cookies very important)

Clear all history. Then open up a new window (or tcb app)

Search the merchant. Click through to the merchant (ebay) and it will open in a new window

I'm the new window. Complete just the cashback transaction. Ie login and pay for eBay item,

Then when you close the eBay window, the previous topcashback window will often say we have registered your visit and will track shortly

According to the T&Cs it's not a legitimate way to win items on ebay despite it still being authorised by the site.

Heated, lots of good cashback deals of late. Personally id rather have an outright 10% off as cashback takes ages and is never guaranteed but next best thing...
