I wouldn't call it a "fitness smartwatch" personally as it's so much more than that.
Got a red pebble time myself but heated for the price as it's a great starter smartwatch.
If you're not fussed about it being new, CEX sell these ones for £35 quid.

You need to shop in cloud cuckoo land to get that........
The cheapest UK purchased GPS smartwatch is made by Polar (M400) & retails for around £130......that is a budget model ......most decent GPS smartwatches start around £200 to about £400
You might get something cheap & unreliable unbranded from China for £70+

sony smart watch 3 is great , you should be able to pick one up for about 90 quid. I've had one a year and use it a lot.
Depending on what you need for functionality on the smartwatch side, if it's just smartphone notifications, then some of the newer Garmin watches can do this, and have GPS included.

No, android or iphone but android wear works a lot better with android phones.

Sony SW3 is an Android wear, works with any android phone.
I have SW3 since last 4 months. Excellent smart + fitness watch. Inbuilt gps that works perfectly.
Does everything that it says on the tin.
GPS is essential in any watch if you want to use as fitness watch, might as well spend bit more and buy one with gps.

Also the lack of heart rate monitor (although can you add a chest strap?) means I wouldn't emphasise the fitness aspect strongly.

pebble time 2 is out soon-ish as well. bigger screen and 10 day battery life so these originals might drop in price even further

I am just started the process with support about my screen on my classic pebble. Was yours a display tearing issue?
