Tempting. Interested in checking the game out, but it's caused such a big stink that I'm more than a little put off.

If it had been this price at launch it wouldn't have had as many critics.
Also it's not a bad game just didn't live up to the hype / lies of the developers.

Heat for the price...
But man... I can't think of one single game that went from being so expensive to being so cheap in such a short space of time.
Even Battleborn and Aliens: Colonial Marines held their price for longer (I think).
EDIT: to think the LE cost £80 only 2 months ago... CRAZY!!!

Apparently it's the lowest rated game on Steam. Personally I think the game was doomed to failure as it just had an impossibly high level of hype surrounding it that even if it had been truly exceptional it would never have lived up to. If it hadn't been hyped to such crazy proportions it would probably have been rated a good, if not great game with a unique visual style. I think the steam rating just shows people jumping on the hate bandwagon to see how much they can sully it's name.
I'd be interested in playing it at some point and taking it on it's own merits instead of comparing it against a out of control hype machine....

I don't think it's a hate bandwagon when you think that most people paid £40 for this at launch, add that the the fact that after launch the dev team has more or less disappeared from social media leading people to believe they don't care.
The game industry worries me at the moment with quite a few games released as early access and promise the world for the devs only the leave it and move onto the next cash cow (which this wasn't by the way it was meant to be a finished AAA release)
