Some families throw peas in the lasagne so the kids will eat them and a way of getting veg in them.
Personally I never had a problem with my kids eating anything cause they always got it from being babies.
Hate fussy kids.

We always have veg as a side dish with lasagne, usually peas, sweetcorn and broccoli or carrots, I never knew it was weird!!
But I do have two children to fill with veg so maybe that's why we do it, can't remember what we had before!!

Good deal but who the hell has garden peas with Lasagna? Sounds disgusting! Know you can use them for another meal but it's meant to be a meal deal, seems a weird combo to have in a deal to me!

Nobody is forcing you to have the 5 things you get in this deal in the same meal...

I love peas with lasagne and its rare that I wouldn't have them together. Perhaps Coop had me in mind.

What do you mean disgusting? Yes may be a little unorthodox but it is certainly not disgusting. Disgusting would be lasagne with chocolate brownie for example. Get over yourself

Think your right there, all these kids that got rewarded chocolate "daily" for nothing, are not going to eat much fruit and veg.

Because they don't like lasagne, or it's bad lasagne?
