Nope just do it all through your normal account. It'll show up on your Xbox when purchased just like any other digital game. It'll show as owned if you go back to the UK store/website too.

For those not willing to buy from foreign stores. If you buy a £20 xbox live credit voucher from cdkeys and use the 5% Facebook code it is practically the same price on the UK xbox store. £19.05.

It's 20.99 so actually comes to about 20 with that method but yeah there's not a huge difference. Still a great price! It's so simple to buy from different region stores if the credit is available from Microsoft direct these days.
Has anyone played Primal? Any opinions on it? Very tempted myself but then there is Mafia and Gears right around the corner...

Well it's 19 quid for £20 making it £18.05 with the 5% discount I mentioned. Add the remaining 99p......... £19.04 to be exact. I didn't just pluck a number out of the sky.
