Just got this from the Canada store using a VPN. Had to add a Canadian address to my Microsoft account first, used one from Alberta because they have lower tax and cost $10.40 which was £6.60.

i would say wait as tomb raider definitive edition was on sale before release of rise but also went gwg for launch of rise. so chances are good that this will also go to gwg for dead rising 4 release but as it is a different publisher (capcom) there is equal chance it wont be free.
Worst case its not a gwg and you can put that £13 towards dr4 which should be better (hopefully).

Some players say that it wasn't worth the extra price originally and that most of the DLC is aimed at cooperative play. Depends on whether you like coop and want to return to it
