As above - appears to be a good spec at an ok price' not gearbest prices granted but then again I'd rather buy this from Amazon with some peace of mind and with quick delivery.

It's an app on the android store so will run on any android device, I have it on my phone for example.
Then you can also putvit on other OS devices, although android is generally easier.
