Citric acid is a cheap alternative as well, no smell like white vinegar and if you like sour sweets buy the food safe version :wink: I paid about £6 for 1kg (dilute with water so lasts years) and use it in kettles, coffee machine, bathroom etc.

Very very very cheap ......It must be an error if not... super hot, usually around £3 full price and £1.50 on offer..

Can't believe this price, usually over 3 quid. It's either this or Cillit Bang Black for deep seated limescale. Hopefully not a misprice.

White vinegar is great for limescale (we live in a very hard water area). The lemon scented stuff doesn't leave such a stench either.

this stuff is great for shower heads, around taps etc. brings them up like new. hot!

Saw viakal spray in Morrisons today - it was £2 - the same price as tesco where I bought some a couple of weeks ago.

This was 39p in my local morrisons(Heywood) today I got some but scanned at full price the lady at the checkout had to override the price

at my local store it is £2

Fantastic deal. This is a brilliant product. I use it all the time - brings up taps, shower heads etc like new. Usually £2 at wilko.

Which magazine is not a big fan for timescale but applauds its soap scum removal qualities
