Hah, Eclipse Computers. I ordered a harddrive from them once - they took my money, never shipped the drive, and ignored any emails I sent them about it. They also signed me up to their spam list, and wouldn't honour my request to unsubscribe. So, for the last six or seven years, whenever a website's asked me for an email address, I've always given [email protected] . I hope it's wasted plenty of their time and helped them to miss out on lots of sales.

Have not heard that name in ages.
I ordered a motherboard from eclipse computers that was faulty. I kept phoning them, sent them letters, they were rude and I had the phone slammed down on me. This was after sending back the faulty motherboard with the rma no.
That dragged on for weeks.
I ended up taking them to court. They never turned up and I won the case. A cheque was then sent to me a few days later. No letter of apology, just the cheque in the envelope (2nd class stamp)
They had to pay court costs.
Stay away because their customer service does not exist.
Got one of these and they are good. Mainly for pc enthusiasts but fun to build.

Got strong armed into doing a build for a friend, they insisted on this case, I've heard nothing but good things about it from a quality perspective.

If you are a customer they're allowed legally to send you marketing emails. Did you try phoning them?

Only downside I found was the pice raiser cable for the GPU it seems to be a common fault as they bend it for packaging. They replaced it without issues. It's an amazing case . Big but nice. I call it computer porn as my computer is. NOw naked

On a side not if you want to use and all in one liquid cooler you need the AIO brackets which you can get for 12 to 15 quid on scan and not the 30 to 40 quid other places charge.
