*** UPDATE: seems they've reduced the price even further. £2.22 including VAT now
Before anything, try to answer the following questions and if the answer to all of these are YES then this deal might be for you, if not this is certainly not for you!
- Is your parcel weighting less than 1kg and has regular dimensions for a parcel of that weight?
- Are you sending something invaluable that you would have sent with Royal Mail second class none tracked service anyway?
- Are you not a Hermes hater?
OK, then in this case Parcel2go is offering a low price for parcels weighting less than 1kg that do not require insurance sent by Hermes 48 hours/drop off service! The price is cheaper than what Hermes is offering themselves and I am not sure if there is any code to take this lower or not?

With no insurance at all, spend the extra 36p and send upto 2kg with 25 pound cover direct via myhermes.

Hermes are potentially the worst courier company in existence for nicking stuff, couple that with no insurance and you're just asking for it

Whether there sending 2kg or not, this gets lost or damaged using this service you've basically put your parcel in the bin
You may be right about certain people will use this service, but the deal isn't made clear that there is no insurance/cover for your item

You still have up to £20 coverage on standard 2nd/1st class. I have had to claim a few times in the past and always had it honoured. They do take a long time to respond compared to couriers (Typically up to 30 days) but if you are patient (and persistent if necessary) you can always get your money back (so long as it's not more than £20).
Maybe if you are selling stuff worth £5 or less this deal would be ok though I wouldn't personally risk much more than that for literally zero insurance.

Did you read my descriptions at all? Not everyone is sending 2kg of gold in the post!

This seems the sensible option to me. If you're sending a low cost item, at least you'll get your money back for 36p.

Any parcel can get lost or damaged when sent with any courier! Please have some logic! This service is good IF you are sending something e.g worth less than £20 that you would have sent via RM second class untracked service anyway! At least this way you are tracking your parcel!

Never said that any other courier wouldn't/couldn't lose or damage your item, the point I've made is you're saving 36p to have no cover if it's lost or damaged. Was making it clear to people as the description doesn't state any of it.
May be for some people, was just making it clear to any considering it that there is no cover with this service.

Refer to my previous comment and the first comment on this post, the description is clearly stating no cover. You just do not read properly.
