They seem new but based in NI and on the surface, legit.
I have heard of flexxmemory before as they are tracked on price spy and have been around a while, but never used them. They seem to have some pretty low prices across the board.

I would assume unlike Samsung's issues with the 840 and 840 EVO this should be fixable eventually, but it does make me wonder about Samsung's QA.
