Bit of an acquired taste but just seen that the Naked smoothies are now included in the Tesco £3 meal deal. These are usually £2.36 on their own. Makes a change from the usual fizzy pop. Will be national.

Everyone banging on about sugar it's naturally occurring sugar, so it's the sugar that comes in the fruit. Fizzy pop has high sugar content but is not even sugar, it's high fructose corn syrup

Makes me laugh all these 'high sugar' posts from the nutritional experts! Have a look where the sugar is derived from before comparing it to a can of coke
Duplicates are OK after more than 4 weeks. Just shows that this isn't a particularly recent development

More sugar than a Coke in one of these.

Wow that's a lot of sugar, defeats the purpose really, heat added for variety.

The green one is actually pretty nice. Tried the added protein one the other day and it was vile, tasted like shampoo

As above... sugar is sugar. Where it comes from doesn't make too much of a difference when it is in such high quantities. Anyone who thinks just because it comes from fruit its healthy is not so well informed...

It's still Alot of sugar. Your body works better if you eat fruit, smoothies take out the whole fibre aspect of it. Sugar, processed or not in such quantities is too much in one hit!
