I'm pretty sure he's letting you know the value of this tab. I got it for 80£ a few weeks back when they had a huge tablet discount going on. Good tab, marshmallow out of the box too.

i have the previous version of this (tab s8) and its a quality tablet, quick, great screen and as said above, battery is great
