It also makes a lovely no-churn ice cream too. You just whip up a can of condensed milk, a pot of double cream (I use the Madagascan Vanilla variety) along with some Carte Noir Espresso powder and a few tablespoons of this and throw it in the freezer for a few hours. The alcohol means that it doesn't set too hard that you nearly break your spoon trying to scoop it out of the container. Best coffee ice cream I've ever had.

SHHHH - Swore I would only tell my sons on my deathbed but may as well let you in on the best secret ever - this drink will cure all hangovers. Not only does it taste great but mix it with MILK the morning after and give it two hours. Unless you have been on terps your head health will harmonise and life will become bearable again. Dont tell anyone...

No, it doesn't have the creamy aspect of Baileys. I find it too sweet and syrupy to drink on its own. But as Livreg said, it's great for white and black russians :smiley:

That's the great after-dinner desert drink known as a Dom Pedro.
(Also works with whiskey, baileys, amaretto, and a host of other spirits... but coffee liquer works best IMO :sunglasses: )
