I really like these soups. They're usually on sale for £1 somewhere or other. At the moment, it's @ Morrisons, it tends to move to another of the big 5 supermarkets. Not printed mine out yet, you may need to use a spare email address if had one last time, not sure, but they've emailed me, and can't think why if I was gonna get message 'sorry, you had a coupon lately' ? , but will update.
Exactly right! Internet coupons have been around for well over a decade, and companies like Valassis who run these schemes have obviously liaised with all the major supermarkets and reached a universal agreement on the acceptance of the coupons.
Yet somehow the information never filters down to the very people who can make or break the whole thing - the till staff.
It's the whole attitude of some of these dragons that gets me - as if the money is coming out of their own salary.

Coupon rejected by the dragon at ASDA Sittingbourne - "you can't use coupons you printed out at home" - spoken to me as if I was a naughty schoolboy.
Recently another dragon in the same store laughed in my face when I tried to redeem the e-voucher for the free bottle of Coke (exclusively at ASDA) off Twitter.
Always amazes me how these companies spend millions on marketing, yet do nothing to re-educate these nasty vile old women who work at the point of sale.
(Excuse the rant, it's not the OP's fault, heat added.)

There's a screen that says something about nominated someone who's souper- then an arrow at the side, to go left or right. Click on the arrow, you'll get the screen with the £1 off coupon
