For those who don't know, you don't get a Euromillions ticket, you're betting on the numbers that turn up.

Yep, the greedy barstewards have increased the price and made it more difficult to win so the odds were similar to being struck by lightning before but now the odds are approximately the same as being struck by lightning riding a unicycle over the Severn bridge whilst playing I Spy with a troop of Bulgarian transsexual midgets.

Lotto Betting is not the same as buying a ticket
In terms of choosing numbers, lotto betting may be the same, but you do not buy a lottery ticket. A lottery operator sells tickets directly, whereas lotto betting is conducted through a separate company, such as Lottoland. Any money you win is paid out by Lottoland, not the official lottery operator.
This Deal is totally misleading - IT IS NOT A EUROMILLIONS DRAW !

he is completely wrong
"Lottoland pays all prize tiers, not just the jackpot, just as if you had bought a ticket with that lottery directly.
What’s more, to guarantee your winnings, at Lottoland we are secured by the world’s leading insurers and we are fully audited by KPMG, ensuring that all your winnings are guaranteed to be yours."

The odds of winning a prize on the Euromillions is 1 in 13 but Lottoland are giving you 3 chances to win for a £2 making the odds just over 4/1.
That is still not good odds and just wasting £2 imo and a far better deal for Lottoland who will only pay out 1 in 4 people, the majority of whom will get £2.88. There average payout will be somewhere around £5- £6 while they reap in £8. Not a wonder they have an insurance based model, the insurance company knows their onto a good thing.
Sorry but I'm out!
