This looks to be one of the best promotions I think Tastecard have ever run.
Not only will you get a 90 Day Tastecard for just £1 (a bargain on its own) but Tastecard will also donate £5 to Mary Meals for every £1 Tastecard bought.
So even if you don't use, your £1 has given £5 to a very worth cause in its own right. Just signup and cancel.
What more incentive could you want?
By the way don't forget to cancel your card once you get it, as they will automatically renew it after your 90 Days trial is up. Cancellation is easy now, and you can do it online here..
You can cancel as soon as you get the card, it remains valid for 90 days no matter when you cancel.
Not a big taste card fan but this is great on so many counts. Ordered thanks OP!

I was planning to cancel on the last day of the card. Unfortunately that was the renewal date so I ended up getting charged. Trying to get a refund through paypal. Fingers crossed.

Are these worth it? We have a gift voucher that has a year TasteCard as an option.

If you go few times a month to restaurant it worth doing the full card for a year. Please note that it's not valid through most of December, on bank holidays, Fridays and Saturdays.

If you're in London OR near a restaurant or two that you really like that takes tastecard then yes, it is 100% worth it. I've got a pub 90 seconds away that takes tastecard. It's awesome.

To be honest, for some stuff, if you have a NUS card, at places like Pizza Express and Prezzo it's pretty much the same (40%) using that if you don't plan on ordering stuff of exactly or very similar value to your guests.

worst company ever, watchout for auto renewal and make sure you have million calendar events to cancel it. Even if you are 1 minute over the time specified they will charge you £40.....

You can cancel as soon as you get the card. No need to wait. It still remains valid for the full 90 days no matter when you cancel.

Can't they just bin the charity donation off and give me a free Taste Card instead? ;-)
