So you are promoting your deals in someone elses thread  Stay classy
You will be hard pressed to make burgers , meatballs or bolognese from those items
Off to Iceland to get some mince I go

Why does everybody get noisy on fat content of mince?
You simply boil the mince in a saucepan and use a slightly smaller saucepan lid to crush the hell out of it when browned and drain into a spare cup.
Not hard at all, making it a bargain jeez.........

really good buy, is it their weekly flash deal offer? I thought Morrison's was cheap at £3 for 1kg

Yes it is. (was Cathedral City before this & 50p bread before the cheese)

The lamb and pork deals posted earlier this week are much better.
Not necessarily organic as stated but sources in an organic fashion.. Minimal use of preservatives and hormonal agents..
Enjoy
I'll get my coat.

Good price if you're on a budget but in my experience most of the meat that comes out of Iceland is as cheap and nasty as it can get.

Yes it's a completely different item but I think the quality does play a role to a certain degree, not just price.. Otherwise I'd be doing all my food shopping from the likes of Netto/Aldi/Lidl..
I've seen lamb joints for 20 p each in a local Nisa store, but have no idea what's actually in it or where in the world it comes from..
And I'm not comparing the quality of Iceland (your deal) to Waitrose (my deal)... I'm just sayin..
