You get the movies, plus the TV shows, plus the music streaming, plus the next day delivery, plus the free kindle book per month, plus the kindle lending library.
So, no, not £79 per year for movies.

All the old ones. New movies and those in 4K are very very expensive, sometimes cheaper to watch in the cinema

If your watching them solo then yes new rentals can be more expensive then the cinema, but for a couple or family then it's a lot cheaper even at £10-£15 a rental.
Plus you have the option of hot food, alcohol and pausing it if you need the toilet.
Not to mention most streaming rentals are unlimited views within a 48 hour period.
Honestly if they ever released films to legal streaming at the same as they did box office they'd pretty much kill traditional cinema chains even if they increased the price to £20.
