It's cheap cos it's just a very thin slab of regular foam, no memory foam, which is kinda the point of a foam mattress. And a lot of the 'great reviews' are from people who got it free :smirk:

Mattress is very important for your body especially back get a decent one . I tried few cheap ones and they are not worth it

We've drawn a blank as it has no memory...now that does not sound very pressure relieving :wink:

Bought a foam mattress from Ikea (Sultan, I think), which seemed quite firm and supportive when I tried it in store, but when you actually sleep on it night after night it does not regain its shape. Not one of my better buys. I won't be buying a foam mattress again.

Estimate how much a good night's sleep is worth to you...50p? A pound? £2?? Multiply it by the number of nights you plan to sleep on it (?10 years, or 3.3k nights). THATS how much you should spend on a mattress. Now, where can I find a mattress for seven grand...

Get a nice thick feather and down mattress topper. Transforms any mattress. Like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. This one is great...
