Good offer but Vodafone customer service is nightmare, I had so many problems past year, every time you ring them you get different answer, I personally not recommended Vodafone network at all

We love Vodafone the Mrs had her contract for 2 years and they never once charged here the line rental of £40 a month , the only ever charged her for calls that where not included in her package or if she went over , her average bill was 55p a month and she got a iPhone 6 . She put the money away just in case they noticed and wanted it back !!!!!! She got a phone call from them exactly 2 years later , when the deal was up , to say their has been a problem with your bill , but we can't ask for the money back !!!!!! She had saved the £960ish just in case . Result we love Vodafone

I beg you not to go with Vodafone at any costs! Renewed last year and after 10 / 15 calls was offered compensation after problems just renewing my contract. Then someone called a few weeks ago asking if I wanted to increase my data at no extra cost (I had gone over in previous month) and was also offered an update to my phone without early upgrade fees. I should have learnt my lesson and refused, however I did accept it. I called a couple of days later to check everything was in order, what a surprise it wasn't. Nothing on the system about a phone upgrade so I asked them to listen to the call from the Vodafone agent I spoke to.. What a nightmare! Was promised call back after callback (even when I managed to speak to a 'manager') and never received one, I had to call another 5/6 times to see what was happening..eventually during the last call I was put on hold for a few minutes and they came back and agreed I could have an upgrade. I asked if they had listened to the call when I was on hold as there was no way they would have just said yes without listening to it, they said they hadn't but I knew they had, they just didn't want to accept it. As soon as my contract ends I'm gone. Never dealing with these cowboys again.

No minutes, texts or extra like Spotify, Now TV or Sky Sports Mobile.
3 coverage is better than it used to be but it's either there or not, Vodafone at least has 2G so you don't miss making an emergency call if you're in the back of beyond.
3 is best if you're a city dweller lol

I went for this tariff but with cashback making it £10 per month. Spotify expiry date is actually 24 months. had to call customer service and they were fine. was with Vodafone before and had no trouble.

which cashback site did you use for £10 per month. I am tempted now at £14.20 but £10 seems a steel!
Opening post
12gb data
unlimited texts
unlimited minutes
plus either. 12 months Spotify premium, Now TV or Sky sports.
also unlimited roaming minutes + Texts in Europe + 4GB of data!
All for £19.20 pcm
Also £60 quidco making it effectively £14.20 pcm.
