Was considering in changing my handset for something with better battery life and came across this deal.
Reviews seem reasonable and upgradeable to Marshmallow.
From experience manufacturer refurbished handsets are in mint condition.

I picked up a Van Goch and a Picasso at a car boot sale for £50 the pair but like your purchases they aren't generally available. :stuck_out_tongue:

Does not say what processor and ram it has Argos deliberately mislead on specs of branded products.

Brand new in white with 2 year warranty at John Lewis for only £20 more. The black seems to have sold out.
It seems to be very similar to the Moto G4 which you can get for £140ish brand new (and dual SIM from Motorola or if you buy the white version from elsewhere)... if you don't need NFC and/or compass the Moto G4 may be worth considering.
Compares closely to the Moto G4 Plus 32gb that I have, no compass or NFC (I found the missing compass made google maps harder to use when in London recently), but out the two, assuming I didn't need dual sim then I'd go for the Moto X Play (which I also have)
Battery life is good, at end of a medium use day I'd have 30 to 50% left. When I recently left it on with no sim card inserted and nothing synced I got 12 days of it left running (no calls or any real actual use carried out, just turned on)

Fair assessment, but for me dual sim is a must, it makes the monthly phone bill cheaper, it's the Moto G4 trump card.

if you want best bang for your money and you are on a tight budget..... go for the (now a bit obsolete but very capable) nokia lumia phones. You can get for example Lumia 830 for £55 . No phone on this planet (for £55) can beat that thing. have a nice day

I purchased my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro via aliexpress afew months ago.
The process was pretty much exactly the same as buying a phone through an online company from the UK, if anything it was more efficient.
It cost £120, but pretty much the same specs as the best phones on the market.
It comfortably holds its own against my wife's galaxy note 4.
If you can pluck up the courage to order via aliexpress from a reliable company that sell on there, I'd HIGHLY recommend it.

I have one of these, it a great media device for music and watching video (nice loud front facing speaker, nice screen), and very good battery, but personally i find it a bit cumbersome to use for browsing, etc. I was expecting it to be pretty nippy with no skin, but was disappointed myself.
It's a heavy chunky Monkey too.
