I got one of these in October 2015 from the same Banggood page for £7.81 (took till January to arrive). However, it's a great little pocket charger for the money and for anyone concerned these are the genuine article rather than one of the many fakes.
Beware it takes ages to charge up fully even with a 2A charger. However the plus side is that it lets you charge a device with it while it is being topped up.

Also bought one of these last year at £7 - quality power bank and reassuringly weighty. One niggle I've found with mine, when using dimmable USB lights, the output is very unstable/ripply at lower loads (when lights are set to their dimmest setting) resulting in flicker.
I'm just nitpicking really, it charges everything fine (inc iPads)

Okay?
If you buy one of these, I really recommend getting a silicon cover. Check ebay for "Silicone Case Protector Cover for Xiaomi". They cost about a pound. They add loads of grip (useful for the car as it stops it sliding on plastic), and it will stop things getting scratched if they rub together in a bag.
