Just want to clarify ... I used the MSE £90 amazon voucher too. Do these vouchers come directly from EE or MSE? From the conversation I had with an EE rep, they said MSE send them out after 3 months but the guy didn't sound too confident regarding this.

I've been on with EE tonight, with a view to upgrading from my current contract to this deal. The girl on the phone mentioned that EE are releasing new tariffs on 17th August - ones which will include inclusive EU mins/text AND data, something they don't offer currently. You'll also get BT sport free for the life of the contract.
I think I'm going to wait the week and see what the new tariffs offer... Suppose there's the risk I'll miss out on the 19.99 a month deal and there won't be something as good. But there might be.

The EE order system is a bit of a joke. On my first SIM, I had to call a week later only to be told it hadn't been processed yet - I finally got it 3 days later. I then ordered a SIM on Sunday, got a call on Monday asking for details to confirm my order. I've now received an email today saying the order is on hold and they need me to call them with more info.

So an update on my own order.
I spoke to them yesterday and they confirmed that there is apparently a backlog of the orders due to the popular demand of the 16GB deal.
The person I spoke to (Leon) forced the sale through and I have had confirmation of the sim card being dispatched. he is sending this via a courier today and have got a text from the company to say it will be delivered this afternoon.
He also confirmed that the voucher may take around 6 months to come through - something to keep in mind! I've set up a reminder to chase them after a couple of months for this.

Mine has finally arrived today!
Despite ordering when the Quidco offer was only at £78 my Quidco has tracked at £86 so quite happy there as long as it comes through!

Just been on livechat with EE to see if i could change my plan early to the £25 for 25GB deal which is kicking about.
Got told they can change my plan to £18 for 16GB for the remainder of my contract, which expires on the 7th December. This will start when my next billing month starts.
Worth a go if anyone else is thinking of the doing same....
