Just want to clarify ... I used the MSE £90 amazon voucher too. Do these vouchers come directly from EE or MSE? From the conversation I had with an EE rep, they said MSE send them out after 3 months but the guy didn't sound too confident regarding this.

I've been on with EE tonight, with a view to upgrading from my current contract to this deal. The girl on the phone mentioned that EE are releasing new tariffs on 17th August - ones which will include inclusive EU mins/text AND data, something they don't offer currently. You'll also get BT sport free for the life of the contract.
I think I'm going to wait the week and see what the new tariffs offer... Suppose there's the risk I'll miss out on the 19.99 a month deal and there won't be something as good. But there might be.

The EE order system is a bit of a joke. On my first SIM, I had to call a week later only to be told it hadn't been processed yet - I finally got it 3 days later. I then ordered a SIM on Sunday, got a call on Monday asking for details to confirm my order. I've now received an email today saying the order is on hold and they need me to call them with more info.

So an update on my own order.
I spoke to them yesterday and they confirmed that there is apparently a backlog of the orders due to the popular demand of the 16GB deal.
The person I spoke to (Leon) forced the sale through and I have had confirmation of the sim card being dispatched. he is sending this via a courier today and have got a text from the company to say it will be delivered this afternoon.
He also confirmed that the voucher may take around 6 months to come through - something to keep in mind! I've set up a reminder to chase them after a couple of months for this.

Mine has finally arrived today!
Despite ordering when the Quidco offer was only at £78 my Quidco has tracked at £86 so quite happy there as long as it comes through!

Just been on livechat with EE to see if i could change my plan early to the £25 for 25GB deal which is kicking about.
Got told they can change my plan to £18 for 16GB for the remainder of my contract, which expires on the 7th December. This will start when my next billing month starts.
Worth a go if anyone else is thinking of the doing same....

Might be a bit dissapointed, if these are correct.
Is the voucher mentioned in the order confirmation email (giving you some evidence if it doesn't arrive)?

the BT sport app no longer allows you to cast to a TV if you don't have BT broadband or BT package on SKY. Does anyone know a workaround for this?
ibby1412
14 Aug 16#10
maybe google chromecast would work? as it is attached to the tv instead of casting directly to the tv? about 23£ on groupon.

Watxh out for this deal. I just spoke to EE and you cannot use the unlimited minutes to call eu. It is only to call uk from abroad! They literally said that there was poor choice of words and the offer doesn't consider the UK to be EU.... Shame on you ee. Defo not going for this offer you cheaters..

Just got a call a week after my quidco order. They said it hasn't fully gone through as you need to spend at least £25 for the quidco cashback or MSE voucher to be added. SO this was a new order.
I said quidco explicitly stated it was £88 + £19.99 for the deal but she said that the terms and conditions said it has to be above £21 or £25 and thats why the original order didn't go through.
She also referred to this site as HotDealsUK.co.uk...

I realise that this has expired, but for future reference: Quidco EE conditions say "Cashback will not be paid on existing customer sales (excluding 2nd line SIM only sales)" but TCB conditions don't. Provided you're taking out a new contract, and not an upgrade or a 10%-off second line, is that Quidco condition enforced?

Just a note for anyone who has had their first bill as £25. They applied a £10 discount on my contract from £34.99 and they said i've been charged at £24.99 a month. So a quick visit to EE live chat will sort that out for anyone with the same problem!

I got off the phone with EE and apparently there is a special department which deals with these queries.
The lady sent me a text with the following information -
Hi from EE. To claim your amazon voucher, please send details of the offer, your mobile number and BAN (billing account number) to [email protected]affiliatewindow.com Thank you.
Will send an email to them now. Hopefully this helps someone, let me know how you get on.

I was recently very worried when I asked Quidco to payout my cashback accumulated over a few years via Amazon vouchers but after 10 days they still hadn't sent me anything and I'd chased. They said it would take a few days more because of demand post-Xmas. On the 3rd week via their online chat they finally issued me my Amazon voucher for £552. Was incredibly worried that maybe they were going to go under and they'd run away with my cash!
