Just found this on the Co-Op website. I'm not a TV expert so can't say how good or bad this unit is but the price for a Smart 4K Ultra HD TV seems to be extremely good.
For someone who just wants a decent telly to watch programmes and use the Smart features it seems a decent deal.

I have 48" one - love it! SD to is rubbish but add a youview box and it rocks!

I'm going to guess for £400, it isn't HDMI 2.0?
Yes, I use a 64" TV as my PC monitor and yes, it is important that I buy a 60hz capable TV.

The 48" has HDMI 2.0 on all 4 ports, so this is likely to as well.

Which is what just about everybody calls 4k anyway.

Incorrect. It's definitely 4K as defined for consumers, no 4K TVs use a 4096 resolution. That is the standard resolution for consumer 4K. Stupid but true.
Yes it should be 4096 but that's only used in digital cinema.

Wow that is an amazing discount! I just got the 48" version of this a couple of days ago from Tesco. I really like it touch wood. I found the default picture settings very poor but after finding some recommended settings on another HUKD thread it looks massively better and 4K Youtube footage is a sight to behold. That said, kinda wish I hadn't seen this thread as I'm wondering if I should have paid the extra for this as with 4k bigger is pretty much always better for appreciating the extra detail.
If only I'd known about this getting a price drop and the discount code a few days ago, I'd have a 55" TV instead of 48". I'd consider returning the 48" but it doesn't seem right to return a perfectly good set and I got a good deal on the 48" too, got the 48" for £239 with a discount code and a giftcard, so guess I did ok anyway but I'd have probably paid the extra ~£100 for the bigger screen if I'd seen this sooner....
