I used to be on BT til somebody called up, pretending to be me and cloned my SIM, later emptying my bank account. For fear of a repeat I closed my account and they refused to waive my remaining line rental. Awful security, awful customer service. I wouldn't use them if it was free.

Fairly certain you have to pony up £4 for the extra speed addon, upto a max of 60 Mb per sec.

Reception is terrible

​100% nonsense from who ever said it's double speed, but we'll done for documenting it as they will have to honour it if you took the offer or its false advertising.

usually quidco dont payout if you receive another gift, e.g the vouchers so dont be disheartened if that happens.
