This is possibly the lowest price for a Premium tyre for 225/40/18 profile tyres!
I have looked around and cannot see them at this price. Its much cheaper than some of their budget tyres too!

Never 225/45/18s at these great prices, so frustrating!

fantastic tyres, had them on my golf from new and still plenty of tread after 14k, im usually lucky if i get 10k off the fronts
Need to check if they fit them as they stopped fitting which was a real shame as there one of the few places that look after your alloys when fitting new tyres rather than banging them about, cheap place to buy from even better if they fit them

You like these on your Golf? I had these on my MK7 GTD and it tramped chronically. I was then unfortunate enough to get 19" Bridgestone RE050s on my Golf R that replaced the GTD and they were just as bad. They spoiled the car so much that I ended up spending £600 on a set of Michelin PSS, and the car was transformed.
Bridgestones are hard wearing but very poor on traction and grip (very poor in the damp) compared to Goodyear/Pirelli/Continental/Michelin.

lol nothing worse than an re050 for tramlining, feels like your car is on remote control sometimes. I find the Turanzas grip and handle well enough on a daily run about, not saying you should put them on a high performance vehicle, but the major issue is the tyre roar sounds like you are flying a jet fighter by the time you get up to motorway speeds.
