I used to work for Walkers and tried in vain several times to persuade the marketing boys that variety packs don't work.
There are very few people who like all the flavours on offer, hence 24 or 40 packs should be available in single flavour only. You never see a 24 pack of prawn cocktail yet some folk love them, can't account for their bad taste though.

Whereas I am the 'dad' who has to eat the flavours everyone else doesn't like which means cheese and onion which are not very nice for me and also unpleasant for those I then have to talk too.....
