Disclaimer: They do say "usually dispatched within 1 to 3 months", so be prepared for a possible long wait. I've had Amazon say things will be dispatched at the end of the month before though, and they've been dispatched in a few days - so take it with aa pinch of salt.
Edit: Also one without a headrest for £43, thanks madhouse77:

These chairs are absolutely awesome... if they're anything like the original herman miller aeron.
I was working 14 hours a day in the office & my back couldn't take it, it would absolutely kill. 2 weeks after getting an aeron, all pain is completely gone. My wife (when pregnant) would sit in the chair for 10 minutes and it would do the same trick for her.
The aeron runs at around £1000+ new (cheaper on ebay). If this chair even comes close to the aeron in terms of comfort, it's absolutely worth this price. Heat!

Why are you comparing this to a Herman Miller?

In a previous job, I was lucky enough to have a herman miller aeron at my desk... I've wanted to buy one for home ever since then, but I can't justify the cost (more important things to spend £1000 on)... So I've bought chairs like this (aeron-style mesh chairs) but they quality isn't comparable and they barely last a year before things start breaking/giving (aerons cost £1000 for a reason)...
To compare this to an aeron is like comparing this:

I doubt this would compare well to a Steelcase Leap you can get on eBay for £200, let alone a £1000 Aeron. But it looks way better than most office chairs that cost £50.

You can pick another payment method before the order processes, so whilst out of stock you still have the option. Not sure how it would work with a gift card, you may need to ask Amazon chat if they can do it for you.
