These chairs are absolutely awesome... if they're anything like the original herman miller aeron.

I was working 14 hours a day in the office & my back couldn't take it, it would absolutely kill. 2 weeks after getting an aeron, all pain is completely gone. My wife (when pregnant) would sit in the chair for 10 minutes and it would do the same trick for her.

The aeron runs at around £1000+ new (cheaper on ebay). If this chair even comes close to the aeron in terms of comfort, it's absolutely worth this price. Heat!

Yes. It is. I've got one (without headrest) and the mesh back is very comfy, and cool.

Worth a go, looking for a nice decent chair to replace my knackered one but happy to wait, as long as this comes off at some point in the future, I'll be happy.

The one without the headrest looks more comfortable than the one with the headrest. I think they both have different designs.

This chair may start to fall apart after a year but IMO at this price you're not likely to find a chair that's event comparable in terms of ergonomics.

Big thanks Op. Ordered. I already have this chair (without headrest) I paid around £90 two years ago and can honestly say that it's the best office chair you will ever get at this price point. I've just paid £90 for a chair for my wifes home office from a well know office supply shed and its pants compared to this. From memory it comes with a three year warrenty. A bolt fell out of one of the armrest's and got lost. I e-mailed Top Star and received a replacement within a week. German engineering with quility customer service. Order with confidence this is a great chair.

That's good to hear. I was close to getting one of these on Amazon a few years back, but just before I hit buy they went out of stock. I created this price alert, and it finally came back! But not before I'd already got an Ergohuman from eBay. Very comfy, but it was six times this price...

Not sure that's the only difference. The one without the headrest has a different seat i.e it's described as "Three-dimensionally moveable Orthoseat, orthopedically shaped". The Headrest one doesn't say this and looks different.

For one without headrest, can you get a headrest for it?

It doesn't look like it has the rocking seat (some may prefer this). I cannot find this one on the Topstar website. Can anybody else spot it?

Kinda tempted as my current chair is falling to bits but a bit iffy over the reviews of the coloured ones if listed by newest first - old reviews good, latest review not good.

Yeah the MSRP really does change perception, especially when you know the same [s]mistake[/s] deal will likely not occur again.

In this case, I bought one. I don't need it, hence I have up to 3 months to cancel it without being charged, so guess you should've taken the plunge just to be safe.

There's no saying that these won't get cancelled though, but actually this is one scenario that I am not sure about the outcome, and there's a possibility for these not to be cancelled.

Changed now to "Currently Unavailable". eek!

Annoying it's been cancelled, but at least I got the filler item sent out that's been sat in my basket for a week.

My order is cancelled too and I got £5 as a hassle compensation but i rather have the chair as i needed one! Thought I caught a big fish but it just slipped away from my hand..... thanks to Amazon
