They do stack up. I bought two w/o clearing cookies. On third try - code is not accepted anymore.
EDIT: yea, clear cookies or go in private browsing mode, then really works as above.
EDIT 2: Tried on another PC, paypal won't redirect anymore thus paymen failed.
