Okay so just get the all you can eat data deal with 200 mins, go through quidco for £50 cashback.
It's normally £23 a month, but the first 6 are half price
Not the greatest deal going, but currently the best I could find considering the cost and data plan.

What did they do to your satisfaction that made you tolerate the awful service for years?

Cold from me. Three are awful. Was with them for years. And was paying £15 a month for AYCE data, 500mins, unlimited texts.

This isn't 2005, they've got one of the best signals in the UK...

I had a similar deal, tbh if you need to talk to customer service then it's pretty bad.
But I had no issues with them whatsoever so never needed to talk to anyone.

Because they put the price up on a product that didn't probably make them money so they are awful how do you think companies keep going.

Definitely make sure you check the coverage in your area, they're the only network which doesn't cover a single square of about 5 houses in my street (have to zoom in on their map to see it) and it's a complete black hole, I get zero signal at all at home.

Signal boxes work great though I had a black spot at work which was annoying but otherwise found it to be good except Internet speed being a bit slow sometimes

Ask them for a home signal box. They'll try to charge you but argue the fact. It joins to your Wi-Fi and gives full 3g signal

I've been with Three for a few years now. Great value for unlimited, fast 4G data. No problems at all. Previously with EE, calls used to drop and incoming calls intermittently went straight to voicemail, even when I had good signal, so I missed a few important calls. Since switching to Three I don't have this problem or indeed any problem. That said, their Feel At Home offer is a total con. Used it in France, Spain and Ireland, several times in each country. Always the same: data is at a snail's pace. Google Maps won't route, websites won't load and just time out, emails maybe get through eventually. It's useless. I'd much rather pay for proper roaming service. Feel At Home? It's nothing like being at home.
