I have this TV and can't fault it, although I would be a bit concerned about buying from AO due to their returns policy.

I second this, I also have this TV, despite all the negative reviews it gets (before recent updates that fixed it) I still bought one done the updates and I haven't had a single problem with it. However AO have a ridiculous returns policy.

If you're not 100% happy with your new appliance, return it for free within 14 days of cancellation
You have 14 days to make up your mind, plenty of time so the returns policy is fair enough.

The thing I'd be most concerned about would be the upscaling to UHD from SD rather than HD ...
I got the 48W705 (on the recent Argos deal - thanks HUKD!) and it does a pretty good job with SD Freeview. HD is of course very good indeed.

Youview/Freeview HD is excellent, it does struggle with standard definition though, but like you I only watch HD channels. 4K clips on YouTube look absolutely stunning.
