Just had to send one of these back to SanDisk. Dead after 2 months. Might have been static damage when I removed it from my media player. It's a lot of data to loose if it's used as a camera or phone storage. Thankfully it was only music on mine I had elsewhere.

Same here, bought on the black Friday deals, lasted about four months and then totally dead.
However good service from Sandisk, replaced with no problems.
