I have all of those games across one platform or another but that is an absolutely amazing price!!! No brainer.
Definitely a great deal. I didn't hold high hopes for Saints Row, but with Crackdown being delayed it's not too bad and play similarly...you have the ability to scale large buildings and just have a lot of fun. Story is a bit poor and and you do see some slowdown, but the fun you can have leaping over buildings and running at superspeed, plus all the side activities a tenner isn't bad at all
